Hear Ye, Hear Ye!

In the setting up of my new super ultra cool website I have realized that we live in a world where being a Hand Analyst requires some legalese that makes me feel queasy but must be stated none-the-less.

Unfortunately in our litigious society it is necessary for me to disclaim away anything -

• I have written on this site
• Might write in an email response
• May say in a reading or class I teach
• And any thoughts I have over which someone might take offense

Therefore I would like to official state (on web parchment) that I am not a trained therapist, although some of the things I say might sound therapeutic, I repeat – I am not a trained therapist.

Getting a hand reading should not take the place of going to see a therapist or doctor.

Assume that techniques and concepts taught at The Eloquent Soul are not intended to be a substitute for medical advice or treatment.

Hand Analysis/palm reading is for entertainment purposes only. (That one was really hard to write)

Any advice, tools, or suggestions I might offer are to be kept in this context and I do not take responsibility for anything you do with what I say, write, sing or teach.

I was trained and certified to read hands through the International Institute of Hand Analysis.

I am also a minister (you know one of those online make you a minister in 12 seconds things) so if you would like me to officiate at your wedding I could do that too.

I have also taken a class in how to be a Clown so if you would like me to officiate at your child’s birthday party I could do that as well.

All of that being said, my intentions are pure and I mean no harm.

Let’s all just be nice to each other, like bunnies in a field nibbling grass. So peaceful.
